In light of all of the shootings occurring in recent years in the US, gun control is a hot topic. I like that you chose it because it is very relevant to all of our lives, whether or not we live in Chicago. Your plan of action seems like it would be effective because it targets all of the problems you discussed. Great website!
I like your website's layout and content. Like Maddie said, this is very relevant given the recent events. That being said, I like how you took a firm stance on the topic at hand. Your intentions are clear, and you conveyed your message effectively.
I appreciate that you gave various solutions to choose from for your audience, as most people reading about this would have their own unique way to solve the problem.
Guns have been in issue dating back to the Roaring 20s and will continue to be an issue if we do not do something about it. I think your homepage is perfect. Show a beautiful view of the city, show people a utopian thought. But what you could have done was add a slide to the homepage and show a dark depiction of the streets ans a result of guns and violence. Though fictional, a great picture could be found from Gotham or Arkham City.
